This past Saturday I got to play with a "niece and a nephew" (no relation really).  They're just so adorable and they loved the new jungle gym I brought, aka a chair. :)

I am very greatful for my photography class, with out which I would never have been able to take this picture.  He would have been to dark to see and understand what it is your seeing.  But because of it, we have this adorable little face!

Black and White

We took Black & White and Sepia photos this week to work with in Photoshop.  I thought this one was fun!

More "Light Graffiti"

I love this second one because of all the elements happening.  With all 3 lights on and the walk and don't walk sign lit.  Then you have one stationary and one blurred car.  It's GREAT!

Darkness

In class this week we had to take pictures using a long shutter speed and a light source, it was fun and the pictures turned out pretty cool, I think at least.

Olympic Park, Park City, Utah

My mom came to Salt Lake on Wednesday and we decided to head over to Park City.  We never actually made it there but stopped at the Olympic Park where the 2002 Ski Jump, and Bobsledding took place.  There was some sort of Summer camp happening and kids and adults of all sizes and experience were jumping into the pool.  It was really fun!

Just Pictures

So I decided to start this second blog because I wanted to share my love of pictures.  I think I take really good ones and in a week and a half I’ll be taking a photography class.  Then we will all see the improvement (let’s hope anyway).
